The Web Trading Manager will own the online customer journey and manage the digital campaigns to make sure they are presented on the website to drive conversions through to the call centre. You will be required to analyse the web data to make recommendations to ongoing changes within multiple website using a test and measure concept. You will be joining a fast-paced marketing team that work to very tight deadlines and deliver to a high standard.
The successful candidate will be highly driven and keen to prove themselves in an entrepreneurial business.
Key role responsibilities:
- Analyse data to make improvements to websites
- Present ideas to senior staff for future improvements
- Analyse the user journey to make improvement recommendations
- Ensure all online communication initiatives and their execution across the business are aligned with brand guidelines
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content
What we are looking for:
- Proficient in Google Analytics
- Experience using a CMS system to update websites
- A strong attention to detail
- Experience in Google Tag Manager
- Proficient in creating and analysing PPC Campaigns
- Understanding of SEO
- Experience interpreting heatmap data
- Must be resilient and flexible in approach to work
- Highly organized with ability to manage workload and adapt to changing priorities
- Proven numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Highly motivated, driven and enthusiastic
- Experience of creating campaigns on social media channels
