We are looking for an impeccable Account Manager to be the face, voice and ears between the agency and two of their largest client accounts. You will be a great relationship builder, with sharp time management skills & a proven experience of working within a pace driven and at times, pressured environment.
- First point of contact for allocated high profile clients
- Delivering, at times, complex and complicated data campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with your clients
- Compile forecasts and campaign analysis
- A proven track record of working within a fast paced Marketing agency
- Excellent Project Management, Campaign Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both internal and client-facing
- Ability to remain calm and measured in pressured situations
- Strong organisation and problem solving skills
- Accustomed to multitasking and working to deadlines
- Comfortable working in a team and under own initiative
- Friendly and approachable – quick to build relationships
