What you will be doing…
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process- capitalising on our established brand & reputation
- Developing & owning your own ‘patch’- building relationships with clients and digging deep to uncover those talented super star candidates
- Knocking down doors- through that grit and with that backbone, you will be competitively uncovering new business opportunities, establishing meaningful, trusting client & business relationships
- A true people person, with intuition, confidence and resilience
- An effective time manager, negotiator & networker
- Not a quitter! You will be in it for the long run, able to celebrate those highs but not give up when the going gets tough
- An honest team player, whilst being super ambitious & competitive
