- Brand Manager sought to drive customer centricity marketing for award winning Fintech

Responsibilities
- Be the guardian of the brand and be responsible for ensuring that the products, services and product lines that fall under the brand resonate with current and potential dealer customers.
- Work with several departments within the company and marketing on making sure that every aspect of the brand strategy is just right. The Brand Manager will also need to be in contact with other departments such as finance, dealer sales, PR and Comms, Consumer teams, account managers and product development to ensure a strategic overview of the business and future market opportunities.
- Coordinate several marketing agencies, working with marketing and communication agencies to make sure they’re respecting the brand purpose and guidelines throughout every communication
- Researching markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon needs and spending habits
- Evaluating offerings and analysing the potential profitability
- Overseeing the production of thought leader materials, magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, exhibition stands, road shows and events, and liaising with art designers, copywriters, and printers
- Checking marketing copy
- Supervising the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns, liaising with legal and compliance personnel, ensuring the designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines
- Monitoring customer reactions through focus groups and market research
Experience
- Have great project management skills
- Demonstrate an extensive understanding of customer relationship management systems
- Have an instinctive feeling about future market trends and concepts
- Have good analytical skills
- Be a good listener, able to respond to results and market research
- Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Ideally a minimum of 5 years in a B2B marketing environment
- Essential to have understanding of CRM systems
- CIM qualification preferable
