We are working with a superb brand that are making waves in the marketplace. They are looking for a bright and tenacious individual to join their marketing team as a Digital Content Executive.
Day to day responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the upload of web content provided to support campaign & promotional activity ensuring products are merchandised appropriately to maximise campaign performance.
- Working from the ecommerce campaign planning document & liaising with the Digital Trading Manager to ensure campaigns & campaign assets are fully briefed to the content & design team and that they meet the relevant campaign objectives on time.
- Working collaboratively with both the design & content team to ensure clarity of brand, consistency of messaging and a streamlined asset production process.
- Supporting the Ecommerce team with the co-ordination of communication to other areas of the business on the digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Managing the new product process to ensure products are prepared and launched on the website on time with all associated content.
- Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, assisting with the optimisation of campaign activity across relevant digital channels and informing digital agencies of new campaign activity.
- Assisting in the optimisation & expansion of the Affiliate program, liaising with publishers & the network ensuring overall KPI’s are met.
- Supporting the Digital Managers with campaign and channel reporting as required.
- Providing additional support when the Customer Service Executive is on annual leave with a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, answering customer calls and enquiries.
- Carry out from time to time and as directed, any other duties as required in addition to the above that will be both reasonable and within your capabilities.
- A passion for digital marketing and eCommerce. You will be keen to forge a career in this area
- Ideally you will have some marketing experience
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Creative with a thirst for learning
- Excellent MS office skills
- Keen eye for detail
