Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an Administrator to support a busy Design team based in Devizes.
My client is a leading name in their field. With an enviable reputation, customer service and customer satisfaction is at the core of all that they do. As Design Team Administrator, you will support with;
- Coordinating enquiries and dealing with customer queries
- Producing quotes
- Point of contact for multiple field based designers & installers within allocated regional locations
- Confirming appointments with customers, internal and external teams
- Coordinating documentation
- Day to day team administration tasks
With your fastidious eye for detail and impeccable communication skills, you will be a natural at communicating and managing the expectations of both customers and field based design and sales teams.
Previous experience of working within a demanding administration role will be advantageous. You will be joining a fast paced environment where you will need to be a calm communicator with a chirpy disposition. You will be computer literate- able to compose a well written email or letter and not afraid to get stuck in to the customer database.
