Leading Fintech SaaS provider, seeking solution-based SaaS New Business Development Manager to join at an exciting phase of growth. With blue chip customer reference sites and significant investment in solutions, we are seeking a high performing individual who can consistently deliver new business.
The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following:
- Maintaining an active lead generation plan and therefore consistent sales pipeline
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills at all levels
- Developing sales leads through cold calling, referrals, Prospect/Client visits and networking face to face and through social media channels
- Nurturing deals from introducing to closing sale
- Customer focused consultative selling approach to close business
- Provide accurate sales forecasts for monthly planning
- Achieve and exceed targets and agreed activity
- Controlling and following up pipeline to ensure results are met in accordance with your sales targets
- Providing regular feedback to Marketing on leads created from their activity.
- 3-5 years’ B2B telesales or business development experience selling software or SAAS solutions
- A proven track record of selling by consultative approach B2B
- A proven track record of multi-year SAAS or software deals with average deals values in excess of £50,000 per client/per deal
- Strong selling, negotiation and closing skills.
Your principle responsibility will be to sell to new business opportunities, created by the Marketing team, as well as generating your own prospects for the company’s products and services, aiming to achieve and exceed a target that supports our ambitious growth, specifically:
- Achieve sales targets as set out each year
- Follow up qualified leads
- Ownership of the sales cycle from qualified lead to close
- Research and approach target companies with our value proposition to generate own leads
- Complete return on investment proposals that require ability to map prospects existing processes in detail
- Ensure new sales are handed over to implementation team with complete requirements, work with this team to ensure successful delivery of products sold.
