Our client, a well-established and leading B2B IT, Cloud, Data Security and Communications specialist, is currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join their growing team on the outskirts of Swindon, and in the heart of Oxfordshire.
Role responsibilities…
- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
- Manage and deliver a content marketing program
- Develop a customer journey profile
- Implement and manage marketing automation solutions
- Develop and manage a dynamic lead funnel
- Communicate with target audiences to build and develop sales ready leads
- Create marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and digital campaigns
- Write and proofread marketing copy
- Produce or edit creative content, including videos and blog posts
- Run and oversee social media channels to enhance audience engagement
- Run event marketing such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Previous experience in a similar role developing a marketing strategy
- The ability to evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective
- The ability to lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, relationships, presentations, promotional materials and online activities
- Marketing automation experience
- Knowledge and experience of lead generation
- Knowledge of the lead funnel
- Knowledge of and experience with content marketing
- Understanding of Marketing Automation platforms
- Adobe Suite Experience
- WordPress Experience
- You will ideally have a marketing qualification
- Some knowledge of the IT industry would be advantageous but not required
