Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an integrated Marketing Manager to join an exciting early stage business within a rapidly growing sector of FMCG.
We are seeking a highly organised Marketing Manager who can craft an engaging and effective message. You will have experience of marketing a technical product and explain it value to the market.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the design, management, execution and continual evaluation of all marketing comms in support of the overall business strategy.
The business is well funded, Marketing will play a critical role in helping the business grow. You will be an individual who will relish the challenge and expect to be rewarded as the business grows.
Your Experience
Experienced integrated Marketing Manager who can demonstrate working across fast paced sectors with a lean towards product
You are likely to come from an Engineering or Chemistry educated background, be B2B and be able to demonstrate a track record of developing partnerships through a marketing plan.
Develop and create the marcoms plan to support corporate product promotion across all effective comms channels including print, PR, web, email, and social media
Work closely with Product Teams, Sales Teams to curate, maintain, update and promote all aspects of the corporate and brand identity.
Ensure consistency of brand identity across internal and external channels
Implement and measure the effectiveness of lead gen campaigns
Maximise all digital channels
Ensure correct use of CRM systems
Effectively manage all external agencies
