This is an exciting high-profile Marketing Director role for a high growth retail organisation based in Somerset.
The principle responsibility will be to identify, develop and implement the marketing strategy in line with company objectives, to drive revenue and business growth.
This will include Brand, Design, Product, Ecommerce, NPD, competitive analysis / market intelligence, product and market development,
The ultimate objective for this role is to implement an effective marketing function aligned to the overall business and commercial objectives as it scales and meets plan. The Marketing Director will not only be responsible for establishing a marketing function, they will be hands on and thrive on working in a dynamic and fluid retail head office environment and potentially be looking to step into an MD role.
The sector is one of the fastest growing in the UK today, providing high quality products to a discerning and educated audience.
The ideal candidate will be from a retail head office environment who operate within the wellbeing or lifestyle sector. Being a proven Marketing Director, you will be able to demonstrate your success of growing a marketing function at pace whilst being aligned with commercial growth of the business exceeding stretching targets. Experience of trade / wholesale sectors or a genuine interest in wellbeing is of particular interest.
This is quite a unique role to create new go to market consumer acquisition proposition for a high growth well funded business. The environment is fun, fast paced and will suit an entrepreneurial individual with a desire to get their hands dirty.
