Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for a Head of Marketing to join an exciting technology business in Gloucester. Smart working is offered with this position to attract best in class candidates.
This is not like many contract roles; you will take direct responsibility for shaping and driving the marketing strategy through its next stage of growth. Working with the exec team, you will own and deliver through a strong marketing team stretching acquisition and retention targets through a multi-channel strategy.
You will be able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial and innovative senior marketing track record exceeding stretching targets from a technology or SaaS background. The ideal candidate will be able to showcase a long list of achievement through innovation, creativity and flair from a dynamic and evolving market.
In addition, as the Head of Marketing you should be:

Overview
This is a collaborative and dynamic role where you will be responsible for the following:
Assume ultimate responsibility for providing clear marketing and communication strategies which drive growth, increase awareness of the brand and meet strategic objectives
Create and utilise a marketing budget, providing regular reporting on the effectiveness, impact and ROI to the senior management team.
Manage brand, product positioning and messaging across each area of the business and each product.
Lead, motivate, and develop the Marketing Team, building a performance culture where campaigns, content, creative, channels, and landing pages are continually optimised
Develop and implement a marketing communications plan for customer excellence, retention and growth
Expertise in implementing inbound methodologies and content driven marketing
Ownership of the annual events plan from tradeshows, to conferences to user groups and roundtables
Ensure the team has the clear direction and support they need in order to deliver.
