Exciting Marketing Manager position reporting directly to CEO. An integrated role with lean towards digital and driving the organisation through an exciting period of brand development.
With several key marketing projects to take responsibility for, the successful candidates will take direct responsibility for the strategic direction of marketing and deliver across its many channels.
More widely, our client is one of the largest operators in its sector and is supported by a wider structure and combined shared practice across the UK gives a leading edge in their sector.
Joining the organisation at an exciting stage, the successful candidate will have opportunity to shape marketing for this channel of the business.
We are keen to engage with integrated B2B and C marketing managers who are looking for an exciting new challenge.
Key responsibilities
Contribute to and execute the annual marketing & PR plan outlining monthly activity across multiple channels (social, digital, PR, email, events, etc.).
Manage multiple projects - online & offline.
Lead existing project to refresh the online footprint (web and social media) for all brands.
Manage and implement UK email plan and secure management of data in line with company data policy and data protections legislation.
Produce monthly reports on marketing & PR activity for CEO.
Manage third party suppliers and services.
Create & implement marketing plans for on boarding acquisitions.
Work closely with the management teams and external suppliers on customer engagement initiatives (development of online portal, customer microsites/websites and customer periodic reporting/newsletters).
Together with the management team, develop customer service/engagement surveys and KPIs
Coordinate and maintain PR strategy.
Maintain and evolve marketing collateral and tool kits to ensure messaging and tools are relevant to market and support the business development teams effectively.
Provide marketing and communications support to areas of the business as required.
Produce quarterly group internal newsletter.
Produce ad-hoc campaigns and marketing material as required.
Develop and implement a content marketing plan across the group
Maintain group-wide intranet.
Support HR in developing and maintaining employer branding.
Experience
Honours degree in marketing or CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing
Min 3 years B2B and B2C marketing experience
Digital Marketing
CRM & eDM literate
Demonstrable experience producing digital and online content
Demonstrable experience working across marketing mix
