Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join an established business based in Chippenham.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to gain invaluable Marketing experience, delivering Marketing Communications across multi-channel platforms. Working within an established tea m of 4, you will play a pivotal role in the on-going development of the brand.
Role responsibilities…
- Develop and deliver communications for varying stakeholder groups
- Develop quality content for that delivers key messages
- Develop, manage and enhance digital content across all platforms including social media, email, websites and blogs
- Work closely with the propositions and sales teams to deliver product launches
- Work closely with the events and sales teams to ensure event invitations and details are delivered effectively
- Work closely with partners to deliver agreed marketing activity including banner ads, communications, and advertisements
- Work with all areas of the business to ensure relevant communications are sent out in a timely manner
- Update the CRM system and distribution lists to ensure communications are effectively segmented, targeted, positioned and delivered
- Provide support across the team in delivering our events schedule where required
- At least 1 years experience of working within a commercial office environment
- Ideally experience of working within and supporting a Marketing team
- Excellent communicator
- Time management, planning, prioritising and problem solving skills
- Copywriting and proofing skills
- Computer literate – Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and Acrobat
- Working knowledge of Website CMS, Email marketing software, CRM software
- Excellent attention to detail
