Sales Team Administrator
Swindon
Salary- upto £25,000 DOE + benefits
Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for a Sales Administrator to join an established business based in South Marston.
Joining as Sales Administrator, you will have a hugely responsible role within the Sales & Marketing team, being the linchpin to the office! You will support a busy and mostly field based Sales team, with their administration, including quotes, diary management and customer contact. You will be point of contact for some key customer accounts, pricing and processing orders along with regular sales reporting on all activity.
This role would suit an experienced Office Coordinator who likes to be kept busy, loves to communicate and who has intermediate MS Excel skills. You will be flexible, able to use your own initiative and you will enjoy working within a friendly, relaxed and fun team.
- General administration of sales team
- Administer customer contracts
- Process purchase orders for sales team
- Administer trading invoices and rebate payments
- Monitor and co-ordinate sales team activities: Outlook Calendar; movements/mileage; Setting up and attending sales team meetings;
- Produce sales reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc basis
- Communicate information and data to Customers: sales data; product, logistical; pricing; packaging data
- Maintain Key Account contact database
- Assist the Sales Director with projects as and when necessary
- Available for occasional joint visits to customers
- Available for occasional trade shows
- Organise occasional social events
- Flexibility to help out in non-sales related tasks when necessary
- Previous experience of working within a similar role
- MS Excel- v look ups and pivot tables
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast paced office environment
- Use of own initiative with the ability to simplify process
- Good sense of humour!
