Rocking Zebra Recruitment is for an experienced Head of Marketing to join an established organisation based in Swindon where you will be responsible for developing, managing and delivering new go to market strategies across 3 channels at a key time of significant growth. This is a well-respected industry leader offering a package to attract the best talent from across the sector.
You will lead the development of innovative, client-centric product propositions that broaden and deepen the appeal of the propositions, including opportunity identification, market sizing and demand testing, proposition development and go-to-market targeting and communication strategies and plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver the channel strategies including defining, delivering and reporting against KPIs and success metrics.
Creation and execution of channel/proposition based campaigns to support new and existing propositions
Engagement and management of all key stakeholders internally and with external partners.
Senior member of the Marketing leadership team supporting the CMO and collaborating with peers
Marketing-wide intelligence and insight to identify and action where appropriate innovations and initiatives to strengthen and enhance competitive advantage
Ownership and adherence of the Governance framework for channel propositions
We are keen to speak with:-
Marketing qualification (CIM desirable) including training/CPD in research and data driven insight via MRS or equivalent (Market & Social Research Practice Cert/Diploma desirable)
Strategic foresight and delivery focused
Experience of managing third-party relationships
A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a similar regulated industry
Experience of product proposition development and management
Ability to work on own initiative and challenge current procedures
Ability to lead, motivate and manage a team
Ability to collaborate with persuade other peer groups and managers within marketing and other key dependency functions
Delivering workloads under pressure, prioritising work and managing delivery with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to learn quickly and establish credibility rapidly
Have a good knowledge of FCA guidelines, Openwork’s Sales Advice Framework (SAF) and the T&C Scheme
