Rocking Zebra Recruitment is for an experienced Internal Sales Support Specialist to join a world class technology business at an exciting time of growth.
The Internal Sales Support Specialist will support Channel Account Managers in their efforts to drive revenue by supporting partner program administration, business reviews, and a variety of ad hoc administrative and operational needs.
This is a busy high-profile role and will suit an individual who is looking to make an impact on the organisation. The environment is stunning, and you will be joining a vibrant team focused on delivering customer excellence.
We are keen to speak with:-
5+ years’ experience in a similar support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; outstanding organizational skills
Experience with Microsoft Office tools and SalesForce.com
General understanding of dynamic web-based systems, search/navigation and other online tools available for business research
Must be able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment working with cross functional teams (including sales, marketing, finance, product management…)
Ability to pick up features/concepts on new tools easily and quickly
Self-Starter/problem-solver
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Incoming Partner Applications and support CAM with Named Partner onboarding. Enter/update all appropriate data in SFDC (Partner Data Management)
Provide all credentials needed to access the channel marketing programs available to the required level of the channel partner (Partner Portal Access) through SFDC.
Manage and Solve Partner Access issues to Partner Portal
Support Partner Program by auditing, approving and providing reports and monthly metrics on the performance of the program(s). Proactively manage requirements as partners transition between levels.
Manage incoming Deal Registrations, approvals, updates to CRM.
Manage RESELLER POS reporting compliance in theatre working with Global POS team
Calculate & Process Partner Certification rebates / obtain rebate forms from newly promoted partners
