Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for a Multi-Channel Content Manager to lead the creation of content for customer marketing and operationalcommunications, ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything they do.
To support the implementation of content strategy that will transform how we communicatewithcustomers,withafocusonprovidingengagingcontentand encouraging customers to interact via digitalchannels.
Todevelopourin-housecontentcapabilitiesandsupportthecreationofacontentcentreof excellence.
Responsibilities
Createengagingpersonalised,segmentedcontentforallchannelsandmediatosupportall stages of the customerlifecycle
Support the creation of copy for the website transformationproject
Collaboratewithdifferentareasofthebusinesstocreatecopythatbestcommunicatesthe brand.
Ensurecopybringstolifethebrandtoneofvoice,translatecontentintomeaningful messaging, and ensure copy meets the needs of keystakeholders
Manage agency relationships whererequired
Develop the copywriting capabilities of more junior teammembers
Offertrainingandsupporttootherbusinessunitsthatcreatecustomerfacingcontente.g. social media teams in CustomerOps
Your Experience
Experience of developing communications in a fast-moving consumer facing/retailcompany
Verystrongcreativejudgementwiththeabilitytowriteinandjudgecreativeworkagainstan established brandidentity
Highly developed written and verbal communicationskills
Strong attention to detail and enthusiasm for quality andconsistency
Significantexposuretoonlinemarketing,socialmediaande-commerce,aswellasan informed perspective on how best to deploy content ineach
Skilledindevelopingandexecutingcontentstrategiesforlarge,multi-nationalorganisations
Strong leadership, stakeholder management and influencingskills
Resilient and positive with a ‘can-do’attitude
Understanding of operating in a regulatedenvironment
