Account Manager –Marketing Agency

Salary- upto 32k DOE + benefits

We are on the look out for TWO enthusiastic and vibrant Account Managers to join a lively, creative agency based in Newbury!

Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, you will ensure client satisfaction across a number of key accounts, responsible for the smooth timely delivery of projects and campaigns for clients across multiple industries.

The day to day…

• Take structured and well formatted briefs from clients to build campaign/projects
• Manage multiple accounts; developing positive working relationships
• Work closely with other members of the team in the company on day-to-day operational processes including campaign set-up, receipt of creative, troubleshooting etc.
• Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign (such as lead-gen, development etc.)
• Manage customer activity for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues
• Focus on ensuring ongoing superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight
• Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research
• Monitoring all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly

To be considered for this role…

• Experience of working in a similar role- agency experience preferable
• Experience of managing and executing multi channel marketing campaigns
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Have a strong marketing mind and a wonderful way of communicating and liaising with clients
• Love getting involved with brainstorming and other teamwork
• Be confident with delivering presentations to clients through face-to-face meetings and video calls
