Part-time Office Manager
Swindon
Circa £26,000 per annum pro rata (20 hours a week) plus fantastic benefits
Rocking Zebra recruitment is looking for a bright and enthusiastic part-time Office Manager to join a well-established business based on the edge of Swindon.
Our client is a leading independent business with a reputable name in their industry. You will be joining a small friendly office with corporate standards, responsible for delivering an outstanding service to customers, providing support to consultants and playing a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of business activities.
Role Responsibilities:
- Arranging travel and accommodation for the consultancy team
- Managing the building and equipment maintenance including organising repairs, annual services and PAT testing
- Assisting with the administration of Health & Safety systems and procedures
- Supporting the Finance Manager with debt chasing and the processing of invoices
- Organising office events and team meetings
- Supporting project managers with client calls and meeting scheduling
- Administering the Quality Management System documentation including preparation, review, approval and distribution and making sure that QMS documentation complies with the requirements of ISO 9001
- Maintaining the quality electronic filing library and archive documents accordingly
- Assisting the Quality Auditor with internal audits and record, progress and monitor non-conformances, and
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an office management role including administration and quality management
- Educated to A level standard (desirable)
- Excellent administration, organisation and communication skills
- A team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and who is also able to work well with minimum supervision
- The ability to multi-task and a willingness to get involved in a variety of jobs as required
- Conscientious with a good eye for detail
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and
- Previous knowledge of quality management standards and an understanding of Excel to an intermediate level would be desirable.
