Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an Account Executive for a successful Comms agency based in Oxford. An award winning agency, our client is expanding and are seeking dynamic communications professionals to support exciting global clients.
As Account Executive, you will work with account teams to execute the agreed PR programmes for each of their clients. This involves taking a leading role in the day-to-day running of client accounts, including tracking and driving progress on all actions and identified priorities, and providing any other support required.
Main objectives include: -
First draft of press releases
Research including interviews (internal and external) and desk top
Pitches and pitching, including feature and speaker slot opportunities
Speaking to journalists regularly and constantly building relationships
First draft of bylined features / comment
First draft of abstracts for speaker opportunities
Maintenance of client social media channels
Tweet bank creation
LinkedIn copy drafting
Facebook page management
Proof reading materials (close attention to detail required)
Media briefs.
