Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an Account Executive/Senior Account Executive to join a fun and growing agency based on the edge of Cirencester!

- PR support: Compiling media lists, collating media packs, ordering press packs, talking to journalists and trade bodies as required, reviewing media outlets for press coverage, journalist ring-rounds and preparing coverage reports
- Event support: arranging logistics, liaising with partners, attending events with the Client team
- Content creation: Planning and managing the successful creation of content alongside the creative and copy team
- Advertising: Help maintain advertising schedules / prompting for deadlines /chasing artwork / liaising for deadline extensions
- Account administration: logistics for client meetings, writing up meeting notes, formatting documents, proof reading, keeping work in progress reports up to date
- Supplier liaison: researching suppliers, co-ordinating supplier bookings
- Financial: Estimating jobs, raising POs and invoices. Monitoring budgets vs. actual charges
- Research and analysis: sourcing and reviewing campaign metrics to draw meaningful conclusions/recommendations
