Product Coordinator
Swindon
£22,000 - £30,000 DOE
Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for a Product Coordinator to join an established business and globally recognised brand based in Swindon.
Joining within a newly created role, you will have complete ownership and responsibility of all new products being introduced to the portfolio from inception to launch, managing product positioning and time scales. You will be the ‘product guru’ managing libraries and archives and having an in-depth knowledge and interest across the full portfolio, ensuring all product information is up to date and uniformed across multiple platforms.
Role responsibilities;
Sat within the marketing and product team, the successful candidate will:
- Collaborate with a wide range of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, inventory and external agencies to project manage and drive new product introduction.
- Implement and prioritise the product development pipeline based on market trends, competitor analysis and customer feedback.
- Research, analyse and report on market conditions and sales trends to inform product marketing strategies, exploiting gaps in the market to improve our offer.
- Track Product Life Cycle from cradle to grave to ensure customer satisfaction and optimum sales performance.
- Create and maintain product specification data and web content across various internal and external platforms.
- Use various Content Management Systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics and Magento to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate production of and manage images and product marketing material/assets.
- Work with manufacturing departments to ensure production of fully compliant product labelling.
- Create and issue product data export files to support internal and external customer content requests.
- Become the central point of contact for product-related information across all European sales offices, ensuring that all territory-specific requirements are met.
- Provide regular updates and bulletins on new range additions and changes to existing product lines across all European offices and to customers.
- Take a customer and business focused approach to all areas of the role.

- Product or marketing experience
- Proven track record of success in a relevant role
