Rocking Zebra Recruitment is seeking an advanced Excel database report builder expert to join an exciting fast paced technology company for a 12-month maternity cover contract.
The role will suit an individual who is used to working with internal and external stakeholders receiving complex data sets in Excel and working with customers help turn the data into useable information.
You will enjoy a fast paced environment working on multiple projects simultaneously and to stretching deadlines. In addition, being technically minded you will be trained to support clients navigate the systems they have purchased.

Technical Background (System Admin) and experience of working with data in Excel

Role Overview
Working in the Managed Service team, this role is responsible for delivering managed services to clients, built around the suite of products. These services can be anything from Excel data analysis, system administration and bespoke reporting and projects.
You will join an already established team within this successful business. Ability to develop trusted-advisor relationships with our clients is essential, as is seeking process improvement on an on-going basis.
Being a fast paced environment, the successful candidate will have the ability to learn quickly to enable them to support multiple projects within a complex and demanding environment.
Consults with key stakeholders to understand business plans and potential opportunities to expand the use of the system
Providing ideas for improvement, best practice and product knowledge.
Works with teams as a consultant to scope and deliver projects.
Provide ad hoc training to, including the creation of training materials if required
Assists with administration including the processing of datasheets and end user queries
