Digital Marketing Executive
Chippenham
Salary- £27,000 - £30,000 DOE + benefits
Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join a leading organisation based in Chippenham.
The Position…
Working within an established team, all within clearly defined roles, the Digital Marketing Executive will have ownership and responsibility across multiple websites, planning and coordinating digital projects and campaigns in line with business objectives.
The Digital Marketing Executive will develop SEO and PPC strategies ensuring the customer journey is fully optimised to improve conversions. Working closely with the Content team, you will ensure that all activities across social media and email are integrated and aligned and keeping a close eye on reporting, analytics and insight, measuring results and shaping future activity.
- Responsible for multiple websites- drive and define business objectives, translate new requirements into the CMS, site testing and communicating new functionality
- Plan and co-ordinate the delivery of digital projects and campaigns
- Optimise the customer journey and campaign flows to improve conversions
- Work with the CRM Leads Team to ensure that all campaign platforms and online forms link to the CRM and have a full follow up process with ROI measurement in place
- Proactively compile and distribute campaign measurement reports
- Responsible for analytics across all digital platforms, taking the results to recommend and shape future marketing activities
- Develop SEO and PPC strategies
- Work closely with the Content Marketing team to ensure Social Media, Email Marketing and SEO are integrated and aligned across all channels
- Other ad-hoc duties to support the marketing teams
We are looking for someone who will hit the ground running; you will be in the limelight! Working across the business you will be a strong communicator able to influence and generate positive results quickly!
- At least 3 years digital marketing experience within a similar role
- Qualification in Digital Marketing
- Passionate about Digital Marketing and keeping abreast with new initiatives and techniques
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to work across all levels
- Experience using CMS, CRM , Email Marketing Software
- A good understanding of Google Analytics, PPC marketing and SEO
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation principles and best practices
- Understanding of UX, usability and accessibility
- Understanding of basic HTML, experience using Adobe Photoshop, all MS
- Strategic and innovative thinker with excellent problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Passionate and knowledgeable about digital marketing
