Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for a Marketing Manager to join an industry leading organisation.

Joining at an exciting time, my client has ambitious future plans and is building a strong, strategically led marketing function. Reporting in to the Head of Marketing, you will be their right hand lead; developing a strategic marketing plan implementing and executing across the full marketing mix. With responsibility of their biggest region, clear objectives will be set to generate high quality sales leads developing new and emerging markets with tailored sales and marketing tools.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will define and write the marketing plan; analysing current marketing activity and campaigns and forthcoming with new ideas and creative concepts to develop their Digital Marketing footprint.
With line management responsibilities you will be leading and directing your team, imparting your depth and solid understanding of all marketing theories and techniques. There will also be some international travel required.

This is a very ‘hands on’ role, with all marketing activities being delivered in house. Working collaboratively across the business and across all levels, you will have top notch communication skills matched with tenacity, ambition and passion. You will be unflappable, committed and motivated. This role is the ideal opportunity for an Executive ready for their next challenge as they continue to grow and develop within marketing. Your wings will not be clipped! Plans for team growth are already underway enabling the Marketing Manager to take more of a strategic lead in the future.
Skills & Experience
- At least 4 years Marketing Experience- within a Marketing Executive/Senior Marketing Executive/Assistant Marketing Manager role
- Copywriting- you will have exceptional copywriting skills and ability- armed with lots of examples
- Data focussed- you will understand the importance of the data, the closeness to lead generation and the confidence of how it works
- Experience of working with Sales teams
- Experience of writing marketing briefs and marketing plans
- Technically- use of all MS, CMS, CRM, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Tweetdeck, PPC, Adwords
