Rocking Zebra Recruitment are looking for an experienced Training and Development Manager to join an exciting growing business. The role is based in Swindon and will include some travel across the UK.
This is a new position and with a focus on front office customer service and sales through service training may appeal to Team Leaders looking for a full-time training position or experienced Trainers looking for a new opportunity.
The principle objective is to help develop strong customer focused service and sales teams across the organisation. This is a busy role splitting your time between operational functions and locations whilst also being prepared to join front line teams delivering the services when required.
This will suit a hands on individual who enjoys working with front line employees supporting their development within the organisation. There will be opportunity to develop more strategic training direction with senior management.
Responsibilities include: -
Training new sales staff at offices located throughout the UK
Setting sales and customer service standards
Liaising with external training providers
Carrying out periodic training and development reviews with sales staff
Work within Customer Service and sales teams on a regular basis to understand the how they interact with customers
We interested in talking with candidates who can demonstrate competence in this area.
You will have excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to learn new processes at pace.
You will be flexible to suit business requirements and demonstrate empathy with strong coaching skills.
