This is a high-profile role within the organisation with a focus on managing the delivery of programmed work streams within the Digital partnership function. This will include initial partner conversations to planning, delivery, conversion of digital campaign followed by detailed analysis supporting partnership improvements for increased customer acquisition.
We are looking for someone to help define the online UX UI customer journey alongside digital acquisition across the channels, ensure website build quality and support the improvement of key digital assets across mobile and mapping. This role will suit a hands on experienced digital acquisition individual
Responsibilities to include:
Leading digital acquisition strategy with key Tier 1 partners
Defining customer journey through UX/UI
Digital acquisition through social media, PPC, Web analytics and SEO
Support for customer partnership wider digital activity
Analysis of campaign supporting evolving the strategy with partners
Key skills required:
Experience of working with the full digital marketing mix
A proven track record in digital/online and ideally UX/UI
Broad marketing experience in a B2B environment
Marketing qualification or Business degree preferred
Excellent hands on digital, analytical and numerical skills.
Forward thinking with an ‘anything is possible’ approach
Very good client facing skills and ability to communicate to non-technical audiences
Ability to work within a fast paced evolving commercial environment
