Rocking Zebra Recruitment are looking for an experienced commercially focused Senior Account Manager to join an exciting growing business.
The role can be home based with travel to Head Office once per week, we expect most time to be client facing in London. Our client has an enviable customer base which includes the top 20 UK Construction firms.
The opportunity is to develop strategic long-term relationships with the principle objective of increasing sales. You will be supported by the Client Services Director, strong customer reference, coordinated marketing and industry leading technology.
This opportunity will suit an experienced SAM who can demonstrate achievement of developing strategic long term commercial opportunities within an established corporate customer base. The right person will have a happy disposition and be able to cope with an occasionally high-pressured environment with a professional approach. Being a good communicator both verbally and written is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales among key client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers
Develops and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
Makes sure clients receive requested services in a timely fashion
Communicates client needs and demands with internal stakeholders
Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
Keep records of client transactions on Salesforce & Hubspot
Ideal Requirements
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role essential
Thorough understanding of the sales process
Highly organised who thrives in a busy working environment
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Strong communication skills
A clear aptitude to work autonomously and ability to drive things forward without being prompted.
Construction sector experience
