Online Content Marketing Executive
Chippenham
£24,000 - £27,500 DOE + Benefits
Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an experienced an Online Content Marketing Executive to join an established organisation based in Chippenham.
Joining an established marketing team, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of the content marketing strategy across all digital channels to include Social Media, Website, Blogs and Email Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Devise and implement a content marketing strategy for all digital channels to include whitepapers, blogs, email marketing, social media and other channels
• Managing the CRM database, developing a clear segmentation and targeting strategy, using the campaign results to shape marketing activity
• Identify opportunities to help grow subscriber database
• Input leads generated from campaigns and website into CRM
• Implement CRM campaigns, ensuring high levels of customer engagement across all platforms
• Build and execute tests to develop strategy of what content best engages
• Identify key influencers and build a strong network of contacts within social communities
• Day to day management and development of social media platforms: Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive to ensure Social Media and SEO is integrated and aligned, working in conjunction with the external PR agency
• Analysing and reporting on key metrics to provide insight and recommendations
• Other ad-hoc duties to support the marketing teams
Key Skills & Experience
• Qualification in Digital Marketing- desired
• Creative copywriting skills
• Proven experience of using CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience using Email Marketing software
• Understanding of Google Analytics
• Experience of working with customer segmentations to drive marketing activity
• Strategic and innovative thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent numerate and analytical skills
• Passionate and knowledgeable about digital marketing, with a good understanding of Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn
• The ability to work to strict deadlines and juggle numerous projects to a high standard
• Outgoing, positive, proactive self-starter
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of management, subject matter experts and staff at every level of the organisation
