Our client is a scaling B2C brand pushing international boundaries across the wellbeing sector.

We are looking for an Email Marketing Executive with a minimum of 12 months experience.

You’ll create sales-driven email campaigns, optimize automated flows, and enhance customer engagement using A/B testing and segmentation. 

Collaborating with the wider marketing team, you’ll refine performance, support inbound customer service queries, and contribute to the broader marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Design and deliver engaging email campaigns.
•    Optimize automated flows and test strategies to boost performance.
•    Shape the customer journey from post-purchase to repeat purchases.
•    Use data insights to inform decisions and drive results.
•    Support customer service queries, ensuring satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

•    1+ years’ experience in e-commerce email 
•    Strong design skills, with examples to showcase.
•    Experience with Klaviyo (advantageous but not essential).
•    Commitment to thriving in a small, fast-growing team.
