Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join an organisation at a time of significant growth and investment.
You will own, drive andoptimizingtheperformanceofall digital,media channels and lead the development of our content strategy across the department to execute a full go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities: -
· DeliverthedigitalstrategyinlinewithbusinessobjectivesandKPIs whilst maximisingROI.
· Developagotomarketdigital,mediaandprintplanincludingTV,PR, SEO,Search,Email,DirectMail,Affiliates,SocialMedia,etc.togrow retentionandacceleratecustomeracquisition
· Drive growth of web traffic by new and returning visitorswith targeted marketingcampaigns
· Managethemarketingcommunicationstoclearlyarticulateamarket leading customerproposition
· SetdigitalstrategiesandmeasurableobjectiveswiththeHeadof Marketingforallwebsites.
· LeadingtheexecutionofSEO,PRandSocialmediaforastrong back-linkingandbrandawarenessstrategy
· LeadingPrintandEventadvertisingchannelsforthe department
· Workalongsidetheinternalcommunicationfunctiontoensure theSocialLeagueisactiveandthecompanyisengagedwithall campaigns
· Coordinatewiththesalesandcustomerservicedepartmentto ensure all relevant departments are aware of marketing campaignsandmessaging,financialpromotionsandonboard with campaignmessaging
· Coordinatingwithrelevantmarketingagenciestocoordinate theTVadplacementanddistribution
Ideally we are looking for:-
· Strongacrossalldigitalchannelsincluding;SEO,SocialMedia,Affiliates, ContentMarketingandPaidMarketingaswellasoff-linechannels
· ExpertiseinallmarketingchannelsincludingTV,PR,Events,Print,Mailand CRM Databasemarketing
· Demonstrableexperiencebuildingstrategicplans
· Comfortablewithanalyticstounderstandthecreativelinkstoconversion metrics
· UnderstandshowtodeliverstrategiesacrossB2Cchannels
· Hasagrowthmind-setandwantstomakearealdifference
· Structured, organised andmultitasker
· Abletospeakauthoritativelyandwithgravitasonallareasofdigitaland marketing
· Analytical anddetail-oriented.
· Abletodeliverunderpressure.
· Personable andapproachable.
· Balanceofstrategicskillstoidentifymarketingopportunitiesandtrendsaswell astacticalpragmaticmarketingimplementationskills
· Demonstrableexperiencewithmarketingcampaignsandwebtechnologies
