This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, ambitious team within a creative company that’s rapidly expanding into Europe, the UAE, and America. We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist with a flair for building engaging digital experiences to help take our presence to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

As the Social Media Specialist, you’ll be responsible for all things social – from managing multiple social media channels across different regions to creating innovative campaigns that resonate with the growing global audience. Your role will include:

•    Overseeing social media accounts, including overseas channels in Europe, the UAE, and America.
•    Collaborating with a creative team to craft fresh, engaging content for regularly scheduled posts.
•    Coordinating social media timelines with product launches, ad campaigns, and other brand messaging initiatives.
•    Monitoring and responding to social media interactions, building a positive, engaging online community.
•    Managing influencer relationships, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
•    Analysing social media data to drive insights, improving campaign performance and audience engagement.
•    Conducting competitor analysis and identifying trends to keep our social presence ahead of the curve

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

•    A degree in Digital or Social Media Marketing (or similar field).
•    Demonstrated experience in social media marketing with a proven track record of campaign success.
•    An understanding of social media platforms and algorithms, plus experience using scheduling tools.
•    Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns at once.
•    Analytical skills to interpret social data and optimize performance.
•    Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams and with partners.

What You Can Expect from them

•    Opportunities for growth and professional development, with a fast-paced decision-making environment.
•    Competitive salary, 25 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays), and a company pension plan.
•    Employee discounts on products, casual dress, and access to an on-site gym.
•    An exciting role where you can make a real impact as we expand internationally.
