Insurance Consultant
Swindon
£18-25k plus commission
Rocking Zebra recruitment is currently looking for an Insurance Consultant to join a long established national personal lines insurance company in their branch based in central Swindon.
They are looking ambitious, professional and business minded candidates to join their team
Key Responsibilities
· Dealing with customers both face to face in branch and via the telephone in a professional and confident manner
- Build and maintain relationships with customers whilst keeping the customer journey and their satisfaction as paramount
- Be able to demonstrate a strong, enthusiastic sales ability
- Have good communication skills both written and verbal
- Be able to use initiative when applicable
- Support team members and other colleagues around the business to ensure company targets are achieved
- To carry out any other ad-hoc tasks which are required by the business to ensure good customer relations
A background in Insurance is, of course, advantageous but not required.
