International Events/Tour Coordinator
Swindon, Wiltshire
Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for Operations Coordinator to join our unique client based in Swindon.

Due to business growth our client is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic coordinator to take ownership of a number of client accounts, coordinating with clients, suppliers and wholesalers on a global basis. You will be involved with the planning and coordinating of multiple personalised projects, being point of contact from initial enquiry, listening to requirements and providing advice and recommendations. You will be formulating prices, liaising with multiple contacts and ensuring all projects are running smoothly.
To be considered for this role you will have exceptional communication skills, remaining calm and collected when faced with multiple workloads and timely demands! You will have a high level of attention to detail, will be A- Level educated and will articulate confidently and professionally. You will be a team player, flexible and will have a ‘hands on’ approach to your work. This role will require you to use Maths and Excel so having intermediate knowledge is vital.
As Operations Coordinator this role will be mostly office based, however there may be some travel involved on a monthly basis. You will have to show passion and flexibility as there may be weekend work also required.
Due to the office location and the need for flexibility to visit your clients, your own transport is required.
Ideally we are looking to talk with candidates who have travel & tourism or events qualifications/experience.
