Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an experienced Creative Front End Developer
The Position:
We are looking for a front end developer with a creative eye to join this small creative digital marketing team. Working alongside designers and the creative services manager, you will transform email and webpage designs into full functioning responsive HTML. In addition, you will have the opportunity to add your own design flair to our portfolio of ecommerce sites. You will also be very experienced in HTML/CSS.
Key Responsibilities/experience:
· Experience in UX customer journey and maximising conversion for an ecommerce environment would also be an advantage.
· As we expand our digital experience for our customers there will be plenty of opportunity to shape the way we engage with our customers.
· Ideally you will have HTML5 skills to allow us to have a richer more engaging experience for our customers, particularly with our editorial sections of our sites.
· Experience with the Adobe suite of products including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is required as our design work will utilise these and you will need to take these from design-to-HTML.
· Building responsive web pages and marketing email campaigns In HTML to a high standard
· Building reusable code/templates/resources for future use
· Ensure the technical feasibility of Designs to current web standards
Experience
· HTML/HTML5 experience
· CSS, Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and illustrator
· Experience of how web pages are generated
· Experience of creating web pages, encompassing images, copy and media
· Experience of meeting tight deadlines
· Experience of multi tasking
· Excellent communication skills
· Proactive problem solver
