Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to support the delivery of agreed sales revenue by devising and delivering targeted Marketing campaigns, promotions and offers to partners, their members and customers. Deliver long term profitable growth through this channel by delivering campaigns that drive an ROI through increase in volume of products. Achieve this by working with the Partner Sales channel on delivering the long term strategy to existing partners and through the acquisition of new partnership alliances
Key Responsibilities
- Devise and deliver the marketing strategy and plans for all partners, operating within agreed partner marketing budget with a strong commercial focus to deliver campaign ROI as well as long term growth opportunities
- Help inspire all relevant business areas (especially Telesales) to support the achievement of the partner channel business goals
- Liaise with the relevant teams to ensure that products and service meet partners’ needs
- Personally, deliver acquisition, cross-sales, upsell and retention marketing campaigns
- Act as a two-way communications and feedback conduit to inform future product and service opportunities and areas for improvement
- Be the ‘voice of the partner’, and challenge internally where appropriate
- Acquire a deep understanding of each partner, leveraging these insights to deliver increased value to all parts of the value chain
PR & Branding
· Support the partner sales team to promote the partner channel internally and externally to generate excitement, buy-in and momentum
· Work with our PR agency and Marketing and Strategic Alliances management team to agree and execute an ‘always on’ PR strategy
· Support the acquisition and engagement of new partners
Web & Campaigns
· Work with the Digital team to ensure all partners have individual web sites, regularly updated. Spec out and, through them, deliver a Partner Channel portal
· Work with other relevant teams to create and execute campaign strategies and plans for each partner
· Create and implement acquisition campaigns for new partners/lead generation
· Work with the Digital team to create an effective, bespoke partner channel digital sales tool(s) to reflect the UK proposition
3. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- Educated to degree level, ideally with relevant qualification in Marketing

Substantial success at a senior level in large, matrixed B2B and/or B2C business including:
- Telemarketing
- Product management
- Promotional marketing and campaigns, including customer relationship development
- Marketing strategies and delivery of plans
- Strategic Alliances
- Ideally marketing experience, at management level
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Articulate with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective problem solving, project management and delivery
- Experience of Salesforce and Dotmailer would be an advantage
