Internal Sales Administrator/Coordinator

£18,000-£22,000 DOE
Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an enthusiastic professional Internal Sales Administrator/Coordinator to join an industry leading and continuously growing business based in Devizes.
My client is going from strength to strength and is growing at speed! Due to continued growth my client is looking to add to its team, looking for two new Internal Sales Coordinators to be the glue between the customer, suppliers and the wider business.
As Internal Sales Administrator/Coordinator, you will be responding to a high volume of queries and enquiries, inputting orders, following through to invoicing and liaising with suppliers with regards to stock, delivery and returns.
Accuracy is a 'must', together with excellent attention to detail and a true ability to multi-task. Good communication, commercial and computer skills are essential along with good English and Maths.
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role, you will be highly passionate about customer service! Ideally your experience will be phone based and/or face to face where you have been used to managing multiple demands. Experience of Sage or a similar order processing package is a pre-requisite.
You will have an enthusiastic and energetic nature, willing to go above and beyond to deliver. You will be used to working at pace and juggling lots of demand at any one time; keeping a calm head in a crisis! You will used to communicating across multiple levels and will be confident in doing so! We are looking for a team player, someone who is a reliable pair of hands and who is looking for long term career opportunity!
