Our clients marketing team is responsible for driving awareness and demand for products and services and running innovative campaigns. This involves deploying a complete range of both on and offline communication channels, creative collateral and events to inform and update members, sales channels, customers, and other key stakeholders.
The PPC Executive will work in close collaboration with the Head of Marketing Planning Insight and Analysis, the Head of Content, the Web Optimisation Lead and the broader Marketing team. This role is responsible for optimising the use of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising across a variety of channels, including customer segmentation targeting, maximising reach and PPC effectiveness against agreed targets and ensuring measureable quantifiable ROI.
Key responsibilities:
Management of AdWords, Bing Ads, Google Display Network, and paid social campaigns.
Daily maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, impression share, quality scores and overall performance measurement reporting.
Make recommendations and advise on how online digital marketing can be improved and optimised to meet business KPIs, in conjunction with Web Optimisation Lead.
Perform keyword research and share findings with Web Optimisation Lead
Track & analyse results to identify potential opportunities for improvements
Create relevant ad copy to increase click through rate (CTR) and quality score to lower cost per click (CPC).
Implementation of A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve ROI and performance
Creative copy performance monitoring, testing and optimisation
Provide landing page recommendations and insights from a paid search perspective
Provide monthly reporting to support the management team
Liaise with internal teams to ensure coverage of key categories & products in the search landscape
Stay up to date with the latest developments and trends across the PPC landscape
Skills & Experience:
Demonstrated experience delivering successful PPC campaigns
Experience with Google AdWords, Google Display Network and Bing Ads
A working knowledge of digital marketing, particularly PPC & SEO
Excellent problem-solving skills to optimise and drive the best ROI
Excellent communication skills and able to work well as part of a team
A good working knowledge of Google Analytics
Experience with other paid marketing solutions including Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn desirable
Experienced in all presentational packages and have strong presentation skills
Excellent organisational skills
