Sales Executive

Chippenham 

£25k basic + OTE uncapped, plus bens

 

Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join a growing business based in Chippenham.

 

Our successful and established professional services based client is looking to expand their sales team, offering a realistic opportunity to consistently exceed OTE along with excellent working conditions and other benefits to include 25 days holiday a year + bank holidays. 

 

You will be working to set KPI’s maximising each and every opportunity, following up on all leads and making outbound B2B calls to generate sales appointments for the field sales team. You will be developing an important knowledge of the business services, gaining confidence and developing interest and trust when communicating with your clients. You will be keeping all housekeeping upto date daily on the CRM matched with intelligence geographically when setting appointments with the field team, to ensure time is being maximised with your clients are further sales opportunities are being exploited. 

 

Skills & Experience 

 

• Passion for sales and developing new opportunities for the business

• Possessing great communication skills to engage with potential clients across the board

• Attention to detail

• Being self-motivated and a team player

• Having an outgoing and friendly demeanour at all times

• Possessing a flexible attitude and being able to perform under pressure

• Experienced in MS Office, including MS Access

• Having business acumen to make correct choices and maintaining company values at all times
