Rocking Zebra recruitment is currently looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts to deliver enhanced client experience and maximise retention. Identify and develop opportunities to upsell additional services where appropriate. Manage personnel with account management responsibilities and associated key supplier relationships.
Role responsibilities
Relationship management
Proactively maintain contact with key accounts to developand maintain consistently high levels of service
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key client managers and senior level stakeholders
Meet with clients face to face or via telephone and video conference or webinar technologies to manage and promote the business through presentations and other account analysis
Proactively manage and develop key supplier relationships to ensure service standards are met
Problem solving and issue escalation as required
Business development
Identify and develop opportunities to upsell services offered with existing clients
Develop service offering from key suppliers to maximise business opportunities
Communication
Ensure that communication with other departments is consistent, timely and informative
Provide timely feedback to the Sales and Business Development Managers regarding performance and maintain accurate records
Provide management information and benchmark reports
Liaise between clients and operational teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions in line with client expectations
Product and market knowledge
Advise on changes and trends in the marketplace and the activities of competitors
Be proactive in the development of new initiatives, including product improvements
Work with the sales team in reviewing trends and increasing conversion rate of the team
Provide client feedback to the sales team and Marketing to support client satisfaction, marketing campaigns and the targeting of new opportunities
