Rocking Zebra recruitment is recruiting a customer focused inside sales executive to join this well-established business based in Chippenham.

 

Our client is looking to appoint a sales executive to work within their busy sales office making outgoing calls to existing lapsed customers that will be both b2b and b2c along with taking incoming calls from the existing customer base. You will be joining a successful and established team who are used to working towards team based targets.

 

This role is suitable for candidates that have exceptional customer service and sales skills and are used to working within an outbound sales department. You will enjoy building customer relationships over the phone, understanding customer requirements and sales pipeline building. Coupled with this you will have experience of dealing with existing customers and repeat business. You will be a self-motivated and proactive individual who can build rapport easily over the phone, has the ability to close and spot new opportunities.
