Customer Services Adviser
Outskirts of Swindon
£20-23k
Rocking Zebra recruitment is currently looking for a Customer Service Adviser to join a long established national personal lines insurance company in their branch based on the outskirts of Swindon.
They are personable, professional and business minded candidates to join their team
Key Responsibilities
· Dealing with customers via the telephone and email in a professional and confident manner – advising on general insurance requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues alike whilst keeping the customer journey and their satisfaction as paramount
- Be able to demonstrate a strong, enthusiastic sales ability – identifying cross selling opportunities
- Contacting customers due for renewals and processing/dispatching renewal documentation
- Support team members and other colleagues around the business to ensure company targets are achieved
- To carry out any other ad-hoc tasks which are required by the business to ensure good customer relations
- Have good communication skills both written and verbal
· Be honest and empathetic – demonstrating integrity and due diligence and care in all work
· Sales and/or Customer service experience
· Insurance knowledge is advantageous but not required
Due to the location of this role you will need to be a driver with a vehicle.
