Rocking Zebra Recruitment is recruiting for a Project Manager to join a Display Solutions business based in Swindon

Reporting into the Senior team you will be joining an award-winning agency that has been established since 1990.

You will be working with some leading brands and their bespoke projects from cradle to grave.

Key Responsibilities

Working alongside an experienced team, with an eye for detail and excellent customer relationship skills you will be responsible for -

Taking design briefs from existing and new clients and effectively communicating that brief to our design team and our partner suppliers
Producing estimates and quotations in accordance to the client’s budgets and timescales
Presenting designs and quotations in person or electronically
Negotiating with suppliers and placing orders
Handling all graphic production including client artwork
Liaising with exhibition organisers and onsite contractors to provide Health and Safety documents to obtain design approval
Delivering those projects on time and on budget
Responsible for all projects from cradle to grave ensuring that profit margins are achieved
Handing over finished projects anywhere in the world

Skills required -

Excellent communication and people skills
Excellent administration and organisational skills with an eye for detail
Capable of multitasking both immediate and long-term projects
Commercially minded with business acumen
Team player
Full UK driving licence and passport holder
Previous experience as a project manager in a related industry or an Events and Marketing Graduate
Knowledge of audio visual or other customer engagement tools used within and exhibition and live event arena would be advantageous
Able to provide references
