North West (home based)
£25k, Uncapped commission, Car, Bens
Our client employs over 5,000 employees worldwide offering its customers a value-added outsource service and technology solutions to customers in over 8,000 locations.
The position of Field Sales Representative will cover an existing portfolio of customers in the North West region and will be responsible for growing the business in this region, as well as maintaining existing customers.
The role can be home based with support from a regional office and sales support teams.

Key responsibilities:
Develop individual account strategies supporting company goals and objectives; analyse/solve customer business issues and present meaningful recommendations/solutions.
Identify new potential customers and approach them with solutions.
Responsible for improvement of customer revenue, volume and gross margin through the application of Company business tools and guidelines.
Responsible for the development and management of a robust and realistic new business pipeline.
Enhance company visibility through promotion and networking.
Maintain supplier relationships.
Monitor and report on sales within specified area.
Provide timely management reporting and information.
Liaise closely with customer service colleagues in Head Office.
Skills & Experience:
Field based sales and new business development experience. Ideally gained selling into Commercial and Industrial Customer base.
Key account management experience
Full UK driving license
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
Have a successful track record in a competitive sales environment
Be experienced in building relationships to secure repeat business
Have the ability to work using your own initiative
Have the ability to build professional relationships with a wide range of customers.
An ability to drive business forward.
