We're a close-knit, ambitious team, and we're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to help drive our growth. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join the team. In this role, you will plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. You’ll work closely with the entire marketing team, with a particular focus on social media, email marketing, and content creation. The ideal candidate will be creatively driven, proactive, and eager to test and optimize marketing strategies to deliver measurable results.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to overall marketing strategy by generating ideas for campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and content creation.
  • Plan and manage the social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn, guiding the Marketing Assistant in content creation and execution.
  • Collaborate with the Video Content Producer to maximize YouTube content strategy and exposure.
  • Lead new social media initiatives aimed at driving KPIs and engagement.
  • Develop and manage influencer relationships, creating and optimizing influencer marketing strategies.
  • Support paid social media ads, assisting with copy and creative assets.
  • Build, execute, and optimize email campaigns and automated email flows, focusing on copy, design, and targeted personas.
  • Segment audiences for both email and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and improve email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Regularly report on social media and email campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations and implementing new strategies for growth.
  • Assist with content writing for all forms of marketing activity.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ecommerce marketing.
  • Carry out additional duties as needed to support the marketing team.
 
Qualifications/Experience:
    • 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
    • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager.
    • Strong background in content creation, social media community management, and knowledge of key social platforms and their audiences.
    • Experience in email marketing and audience segmentation is beneficial.
    • Degree/Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
