£25k + uncapped OTE and bens

Working alongside the Sales Director you will be responsible for developing new business. You will be a motivated and ambitious individual who is comfortable working independently supporting the growth of the business. This is a consultative role focused on a qualitative intelligent approach to targeting key prospects.
Key responsibilities:
• Researching and networking prospects to engage and develop a strong relationship with SME’s through to large blue chip businesses
• Working on strategic sales campaigns to drive awareness and develop new business
• Developing key relationships to obtain meetings within specific industries
• Accountable for lead generation and appointment setting
• Developing warm relationships with distributors to help supplement your sales activities
• Working alongside the Field Sales Team to secure hot leads and top clients to approach
• Strong relationship builder who is passionate about brand awareness and having quality conversations
Skills & Experience
• A strong hunter who is resilient, tenacious and versatile
• Passionate about developing within a dynamic fast paced growing business
• Can demonstrate a consultative research based sales process
• Ability to work with multiple teams
