Internal Sales Exec
Swindon
£17,500 + commission
Rocking Zebra recruitment is looking for passionate sales executives to join a rapidly expanding business. This is an amazing opportunity to work for an extremely nourishing company with a feel good ethos.
With ambitious future plans our client is expanding an already thriving sales team. You will play a pivotal role in the continued success of the business through the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.
• Handle all incoming sales enquiries
• Make outbound calls to lapsed customers / customers that have registered interest
• Ability to up sell services and products to the customers to fulfil set targets
• Ability to resolve and respond to all customer enquiries regarding products and services
• Ensure that all databases are maintained and all relevant information is collated efficiently and effectively
• Manage the relationship with customers
• Ensure all relevant correspondence is answered within agreed targets
• Ensure that the required customer performance targets and standards are achieved
• Obtain and maintain extensive product knowledge on all products and services
To be considered for this role:
• Experience in a sales environment, or a passion to sell and earn
• Exemplary communication skills – both verbal and written
• Ability to engage with customers, building relationships quickly – and the ability to hold these relationships
• Experience of working towards targets
• Positive attitude and outlook
