Brand Manager
Trowbridge
£28,000 - £35,000
Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an experienced Brand Manager from FMCG to join a continuously growing business on the edge of Trowbridge.
My client is going from strength to strength and with ambitious future plans are looking to add to its already successful team with a Brand Manager to own and develop the largest brand within their portfolio!
Role Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic brand plan to deliver brand growth year on year. You will be working closely with customers, both domestic and international to understand the culture and consumer behaviours in their market.
An integral part of the role will be the planning, development and implementation of NPD projects, working closely with Senior management as well as formulators, manufacturers and design specialists alongside working with the in house Design and PR executives to ensure brand messaging is consistent and on point!
As Brand Manager you will be in the spotlight, with sole responsibility to continually develop the success of this brand communicating via PR and social channels, whilst developing additional products under the brand with a brand extension strategy.
You will be required to create and maintain an annual budget for the brand and report monthly on brand performance and due to the international reach may be required to travel!
Skills & Experience
To be successful you must be experienced in a similar Brand Management role! Fantastic project management and communication skills are a must. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are also essential.
• You will have 3-5 years experience within a Brand Marketing role You have demonstrable experience growing a brand internationally
• You come from a fashion, health & beauty background and have a passion for this space!
• You’re outstanding at project management, developing and executing campaigns on time and on target
• You are incredibly motivated with an entrepreneurial and creative mind-set!
