Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an experienced Campaign Marketing Manager to take responsibility for the development and delivery of effective digital marketing campaigns.
You will take ownership of the day to day campaign management platform, and be able to set up, run and regularly report on performance. The role will work closely with the offline marketing team as well as the product team to create compelling offers and propositions.
This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic marketer with experience of running effective campaigns to join a young and dynamic business during a period of high growth.
Responsibilities
Campaign planning
Working closely with the head of marketing to establish the quarterly objectives, create and execute a marketing plan including channels such as display advertising, affiliate marketing, paid search, native advertising and mobile marketing.
Creative development
Responsible for project managing the creative resources (copywriters and graphic designers) to ensure the timely delivery of the materials required for the digital advertising channels.
Landing Page Development
Work closely with the web performance manager to create and continually iterate, effective landing pages for each campaign. Working knowledge of HTML and content management systems (CMS) are required. Experience of using landing page optimisation tools (e.g. Analytics, heatmapping, A/B testing) would be useful.
Reporting
Set up the necessary tracking and reporting systems to manage all marketing channels and produce a weekly performance report. Familiar with setting up reports in Google Analytics and should also be comfortable analysing data and presenting to the senior team when required.
Important performance measures
Day to day implementation of the marketing plan
Optimisation of marketing campaigns to achieve specific targets
Management of the marketing budget
Highly converting landing pages

This role requires someone who is well organised and flexible, a self starter who will flourish in a fast paced environment. It is a role for someone who wants to join an exciting and dynamic team during a period of high growth.
Campaign Planning:Experience of planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns including being held accountable for campaign performance
User Acquisition: Experience of implementing effective marketing campaigns that have delivered new users
Landing Page Optimisation:Experience of using a Content Management System (CMS) to create and manage website pages. Awareness of basic web HTML principles.
Web Analytics:Confident setting up and utilising analytics packages (such as Google Analytics) to track campaign effectiveness and produce regular reports
Attributes & Skills
· Enthusiastic, pro-active and flexible
· Commercially aware: Posses an understanding of and have an interest in how businesses work
· Extremely well organised and structured approach to project management
· Passion and interest in digital marketing including ‘performance marketing’ and ‘conversion rate optimisation’
· Highly analytical, confident working with user data to develop and test hypotheses
· Strong writing skills, able to produce and modify advertising copy
· Decisive, independent worker with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Adaptable, able to learn quickly and use own initiative – thrives under pressure
· Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Indesign, Audition, Final Cut Pro)
