Customer Service Specialist- 6 month FTC
Cirencester
£15,000-£16,000 DOE
Rocking Zebra recruitment is looking for a passionate customer service professional to join a rapidly expanding business.
With ambitious future plans our client is creating a brand new team of Customer Service Representatives. You will play a pivotal role in the continued success of the business through the delivery of exceptional customer experience.
• Handle all B2C communication either by telephone, email or via social media
• Ability to up sell services and products to the customers to fulfil set targets
• Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and accurate manner
• Handle all returns, refunds and exchanges
• Ability to resolve and respond to all customer enquiries regarding products and services
• Ensure that all databases are maintained and all relevant information is collated efficiently and effectively
• Manage the relationship with our external couriers and parcel tracking
• Ensure all relevant correspondence is answered within agreed targets
• Ensure that the required customer performance targets and standards are achieved
• Obtain and maintain extensive product knowledge on all products and services
To be considered for this role:
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Database / CRM entry
• Exceptional telephone etiquette
• Great communication skills, both verbally and written
• Extensive customer service experience and the ability to deal with difficult customer situations
• Working knowledge of Social Media an advantage
